SHIPPING TIME
It normally takes 2-4 business days for us to process your order, and the shipping time usually takes between 6-15 business days for the US, and 12-20 business days for other countries. please note that some international orders may take 20-25 business days to arrive due to customs/local post office delays.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order ships, we will send you an email that includes the tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. You can check your order status there.
Please note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact us for more information.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Centre in accordance with the following Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 10 business days of the delivery date.
- All items requested for return/exchange must not be used or damaged. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, and are in the original box and/or packaging with all tags if any.
- You can choose between a refund in-store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Centre.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, ELEFUNNY will not issue store credit for your returns.
